Late check out policy:
. Late check-out is subject to availability.
. Late check-out may be allowed until 1pm.
. Check-out after 1pm will be charged with a full daily rate plus taxes.
Policy on children staying with parents:
. Children under 6 years of age in the parents’ room stay for free.
. Children from 6 to 12 years of age in the parents’ room are charged 25 % of the daily rate.
. Children older than 12 are charged the adult rate.
Cancellation Policy:
. Booking is confirmed by a deposit of 30 % of the total value.
. If cancelled, the deposit will be retained and can be used as credit for a different booking date.
. In case of no show, there will be no refund.
Other disclosures:
. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
. Some common areas are wheel chair accessible.
